National Weather service reports the back edge of a winter storm has left roads ice and rain-covered and very slick. A weekend warm-up poses concern of flooding. Significant snow and ice melt will be accompanied by more rain and even thunderstorms.

Occasional rain and drizzle in the early afternoon will be followed by flurries with little or no accumulation. Freezing rain and sleet with the weekend rains and warm-up pose the greatest concerns.
